XS- fits a neck of 20 to 25 cm (7.9 to 9.8 inch)
S- fits a neck of 25 to 30 cm (9.8 to 11.8 inch)
M- fits a neck of 30 to 35 cm (11.8 to 13.8 inch)

The buckle and D-ring are 15 mm (0.6 inch) wide and in the same color.
